I cannot thank this funeral home enough for the compassion and dignity they showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. Tim was thoughtful and caring throughout the entire process — truly beyond anything we could have asked for. His support meant more than words can express. Sean was incredibly kind and informative while explaining the cremation process. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ken’s voice was so peaceful and comforting. In such a heavy moment, his calm presence brought a sense of reassurance to our family. Rene treated my grandfather with such deep respect — as if he were his own. From the very first impression, his gentle smile and polite manner stood out. The way he handled my grandfather’s removal and transportation was handled with such care and dignity. He even asked if my grandfather had a favorite song and said he would play it while transporting him. That simple gesture meant more to us than he will ever know. We are forever grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion shown to our grandfather and our entire family. Thank you for honoring him so beautifully.

This year is the 16th year that Harvey-Engelhardt in Fort Myers and Fuller Metz in Cape have made FLAG DAY a very special day for our Veterans and our community as the funeral homes replace worn flags with new flags! Collecting over 3000 worn flags and retiring them with the help of Boy Scouts, and generously providing the flags and the appropriate venue for flag retirement.This Flag Day ceremony is a civic duty and recognizes the dignity and respect for our flag while providing a sweet teaching moment for young patriots! 92.5 Fox News Radio and Blue Bell ice cream are proud to be a part of Flag Day every year! On behalf of our family, I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for the outstanding care they provided when my grandfather passed. During such a difficult time, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly respectful. They treated him with great dignity and handled everything with care and excellence. Their kindness and support meant more to our family than words can express. We are truly grateful for the amazing service they provided. Rene was very Remarkable, that man knows his stuff. This funeral home is truly exceptional. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they showed my family and me genuine compassion, patience, and care. I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff. Rene, Ken, and Tim handled my grandfather with the utmost dignity and respect. They are not a business that is just focused on money they truly understand what it means to lose someone you love. They go above and beyond to accommodate families and make the process as smooth as possible. I expected this experience to be unbearable, but their kindness and understanding made it much more manageable. They treated my loved one with such care and showed our family so much support.
