We love and appreciate Dr. Gabbi Asay and her team for being able to see our beautiful parrot Dustie. It was a huge relief and soul healing for us to never been in Hawaii before and encounter such wonderful and amazing welcoming and customer service from her and her team. First time going to Hawaii Kia veterinary. Most of the front staff were friendly. We really liked our vet, he was great with our dog and she immediately took to him which was a good sign for us. His assistant was wonderful! We’re really happy we found a veterinary that we’re happy with.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Lee Loy. She was truly an answered prayer during one of the most stressful and emotional times for me and my pup. She was the one who first diagnosed her with bladder stones and didn’t hesitate to take us in when our regular vet was closed. From the start, she was compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. When my pup needed an emergency surgery for the bladder stones, Dr. Lee Loy personally connected us with Kaimuki Veterinary Urgent Care and made sure we were in the best hands. The care we received there was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for how seamlessly she guided us through such a critical and overwhelming moment. What truly sets Dr. Lee Loy apart is her kindness, empathetic communication, and genuine care. Her actions proved that my pup wasn’t just another patient, but truly mattered to her. Because of her dedication and support, she will absolutely be our primary veterinarian moving forward. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who combines expertise with heart.

We just had our semi-annual visit with Dr. Sakamoto, and as usual we were very happy with her care for our 15+ yr. old grand-dog. He is very precious to us and it's good to know that "Mochi" has been in her care for most of his life and it's good to know that she's knowledgeable about his health history. We totally trust in her care for our Mochi.

First off, easy to find with plenty of parking. Second, the staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and treat your "best friend" with care and respect. Most importantly, the doctors here are all very much a team and you can see from their short bios. They compliment each other with their experience, training and care. I highly recommend this clinic. I couldn't have found a better place to bring "my kids" for their health. They travel back and forth to the mainland, so to have a team on island is very important to keep my pups in good health. You may have seen them at the HK dog park or at the beach, if you do please say hi. Aloha
