The staff were very attentive. Their performance in such a professional way, gave me a very comfortable, and positive experience. The Care Partners, transportation workers, and technicians all were very encouraging and helpful. The young man that brought my lunches was so cheerful! Everyone that I came in contact with was a part of my rewarding experience. Honestly, it's been my best hospital stay.

During my daughter Denver’s recent hospital stay for sickle cell disease, we received exceptional care from the entire team at ECU Health Medical Center. As a mother, it is never easy seeing your child hospitalized, but the doctors, nurses, and staff treated Denver with compassion, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. The team kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure Denver was comfortable throughout her stay. Their attentiveness and genuine concern for her well-being brought me peace during a stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for the care my daughter received and for the dedication shown by everyone involved in her treatment. Thank you for caring for Denver like she was your own. We truly appreciate all that you do for children and families facing medical challenges.

I had an excellent experience at ECU hospital. From when I arrived for my planned surgery until I was discharged from the ICU North Tower Neurosurgery. The staff was wonderful from my check in process, through my surgery and my team care in ICU. Everyone treated me with respect, concern, curiosity, professionalism, laughter, many smiling faces to help me through each day. That includes all the hospitals staff. I felt safe and relaxed. This is my 2nd time at this hospital. Both were planned appointments. I left after both visits knowing I had been in good hands.

I had to visit ECU HEALTHCARE for knee replacement surgery and ended up having to stay the night. Folks I’ve worked in the medical field for over 35 years and I must say ECU stands tall above mst hospitals. It rate that I compliment a facility or doctors and nurses but I must do so for this facility. I highly recommend this facility above all others. It’s an hour and a half from my home but I do not regret the long drive. From the time I walked through the doors until the time I left. It was first class all the way, the facility is super clean. All doctors and nurses did handwashing entering and exiting any room I was in. My nurses was so so awesome. I was scared and in a lot of pain but they were right there taking excellent care of me every step of the way. They told me what was going on and made sure I understood everything. I can’t say anything more but thank you ECU FOR BEING THETE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. You are simply the best . I was in room N123. Please commend the nurses and staff.

AMAZING medical facility and top notch staff and healthcare. Every healthcare provider I came in contact with was the best. They were very caring and supportive throughout my time there from the moment of check-in to pre-op to the surgery to my hospital stay I had the best care! Dr. Danison, all the RN nurses: Avionna, Chardonnay, Nikia, and Elizabeth. The amazing CNAs: Sheila, Shirluette, and NA Kimberly. Also, OT Megan, and Kathryn. Also Pre-op nurses Amber and Emily. My anesthesiologist was great! I can’t say enough good about my experience.
