Prepare to be there for 8+ hours, even with chest pains. Prepare to not have a room but be placed in the hallway in a recliner. Prepare to have all HIPAA rights violated (I received a chest ultrasound right at the ER transit doorway). Prepare to have your meds sent to the wrong pharmacy. Prepare to be discharged even after your final test results haven’t come in (the picture of my EKG came in after I was discharged and in pain on my couch). Prepare to not be taken seriously. If you’re okay with all of that, this is the place for you! Good luck and blessings on your health 🙏🏾

The treatment was good. The doctors were great. The reason I gave it 4 stars. Is I was able to see what all my labs were on my charts and there was a lot of abnormal tests. Only one was discussed with me and yes I am glad nothing was found but also not. Mostly because I know something happened to me and I didnt actually get to find out what happened to me and I feel like got cleared but not enough answers as to what is wrong with me.

Overall good place to go for your health and wellbeing. You may have to wait a bit but the staff is overall friendly and communicative. The wheelchairs are horrible!!! I hope they get more comfortable ones soon! 🙏🏻 Parking has improved over the years but still can be chaotic at times. Not too shabby of a place though 🥸

Every staff member I had to interact with was very understanding and sympathetic. I would specially like the thank the EMT that was in triage taking blood and giving IV’s (morning shift on 4/24). Multiple people have tried to give me IV’s with no success which is why my OB sent me to the ED. He got it so fast and pain free! The wait is a lot but the staff is really doing the best they can. Really grateful for my experience.

Triage nurses need better training. My mom is a ED nurse and I know at the very minimum you shouldn’t have more nurses in your room to gossip about their personal lives and have long nails. Also I had two different triage nurses take blood. There’s no reason one should be this bruised vs the other one. Also when I went to the bathroom there was EKG stickers all over the stall. When I left 6 hours later, they were still on the wall. So nobody is cleaning the bathrooms. When I went to the urgent care center, I asked my nurse about my lab results after telling me they were normal. She had no idea when I asked if it the abnormal part of my bloodwork was something I needed to see a specialist for. Had NO IDEA, I’m sure glad I asked. The nurse practitioner was amazing and answered all questions.
