First time trying this type of therapy, after feeling off and wanting something less physical than my usual massage which can leave me guarded afterwards. The energy shift was pretty immediate, and I haven't had a migraine since! Felt very safe and understood throughout, nice private room in a community building. Took the opportunity to have a peaceful woodland walk in Chopwell afterwards and let it all settle in.

Illeana is fantastic - she immediately puts you at ease and is very easy to talk to. Her knowledge is incredible and she talked me through the treatment before we started. This week I was gifted a treatment from Heartwood - Craniosacral Therapy based in Chopwell, and I'll be honest, I don't understand HOW it works but I also accept I don't need to! I left the treatment feeling the same weird, surprising sensation I did when I put glasses on for the first time; clarity, after years of not knowing I needed a prescription. My mind and body felt like they'd been put back together with precision. Even though I hadn't felt particularly jumbled before the treatment, I certainly noticed a big difference after. I felt lighter. I felt like I had peace. I felt calm. It was absolutely lush. Feeling very grateful ☺️
