Finding a Roof Repair Contractor! What a nightmare. We contacted 4 companies. Some never got back to us, some came for a survey but never sent back to us with a quote. ...and then, we found HiSolution! Surely our solution 🙂 Kris came on time during the survey and I did the entire visit with him. He took his time, and gave many advices from the cheapest to the most expensive options. All 15 owners agreed to go with them, and what a pleasure 🥰. ...and guess what? These guys use ropes to avoid additional scaffoldings. Kindness doesn't go only to Kris, but the entire team. First Phase last January, and second phase in May. All members of the Team with a different range of skills were all very polite, professional, helpful and provided videos about the situation and their daily progress. I have been assisting them during the whole process. What a journey. We miss them already, but hey best not to see you again: our roof is now good for a while! Can't recommend them highly enough: the customer service was exceptional (quick responses, detailed information, clear timelines, friendly professional messages, etc.); quoting was detailed (lots of photos and evidence) and reasonable; and the actual work was carried out efficiently and to satisfaction. But really, the most impressive aspect is their real dedication to the task: as most building in Edinburgh, it is not always clear where leaks are coming from, but Hisolution made sure that they fixed it, even coming back and not giving up until the job was done and the problem solved. Very impressed and would make them my go-to for roofing/chimney repairs.

HI Solutions have carried out work on our tenement roof over the past few years, and each time the service has been excellent. They provide our tenement building with an annual maintenance and that gives everyone in the tenement building peace of mind. They provide clear photos both when quoting and once the work is complete, along with a helpful report. They’re efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Following storm damage at the end of last year, I have recently used HiSolution for multiple roof repairs. The works included replacement of broken slates, replacement of a ridge tile and repair to a section of the cast iron guttering. I am satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Post completion of the works photographs were provided showing the work carried out. Kris was very helpful both when providing the estimate and also when answering my follow up questions post the job. I appreciate that Kris sourced a replacement ridge tile which was a close match to the existing tiles. HiSolution are efficient and reliable and I would recommend to others.

The team are great - I've had a few leaks and issues that have been attended to very quickly and professionally. There is never a question about coming back to review work, very often the same day! Cannot recommend highly enough - I'll be taking out the care package later in the year too.
