Very nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Everything is well maintained and the area is relatively quiet except for peak commute hours. There can be moderate road noise during these hours, but otherwise everything is great. Jeff is awesome! He's extremely professional and made the trip wonderful.

Hotel is getting old. Had a room on the fifth floor with a humidity smell (and humidity stains on the wall above the TV). Had to ask for the room to be cleaned which was not done the first day despite having asked during online check in The digital key came in the app the last day of my stay … what a joke.

Shanice & Brianna greet me w a smiling face and a warm welcome always. They acknowledge my membership status and ensure I have what I need for a comfortable stay. They are the reason I always check in later in the day, no one does it like them. Jeff and Luis with help of Yolanda, take care of drinks and dining and beyond- they cater to us and provide a great customer experience. What a great crew!

My stay here was comfortable. The staff and cleaning crew go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. However, the room is very dated and the furniture was falling apart. It offers free parking and is within walking distance to Walgreens and restaurants.

Overbooked and said they had to downgrade my room but I could switch rooms the next day. Lady at the desk couldn’t figure out what to do with the computer to give me a cancellation form. Would not recommend staying here, other options are close
