Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall a very average experience, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The pool area is really nice, so bring your bathing suit. Gym is small but they have dumbbells up to 50 lbs. The restaurant prices are pretty ridiculous so I just door dashed as I didn't have a vehicle for my short stay. Rooms are meh and in need of a refresh. Vending machines don't exist. Ice machine broken. TV is ancient and slow. I'd stay again if the price makes sense compared to other hotels in the area, but I'll look around first.
I want to recognize Daja for providing exceptional customer service during my stay. She was balancing a busy front desk, a large banquet event, and what seemed like hundreds of softball players and their families, yet she remained calm, patient, and professional throughout it all. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I stay at Marriott properties often and have interacted with countless associates over the years. Daja is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered. She made every guest feel welcome, handled every situation with grace, and never let the busy environment affect the quality of her service. Daja is a tremendous asset to Marriott, and I hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves.
Great atmosphere, great breakfast package, superb customer service. However, the A/C system / unit needs a major upgrade. We've been staying here off and on for the past 7 years and almost always we have to request for a box fan to help cool the room in the summer time. AC SUCKS!
Beautiful hotel with old world southern charm ♥️ Love the comfy bed and the well thought out bathroom and vanity area. Really enjoyed the Artisan Bar & Restaurant for dinner as well. The chef was kind enough to come out & talk with us after our meal. We travel back and forth to Florida monthly and will be staying here from now on when passing through.
Really nice place to stay. Rooms are nice and of good size. Comfortable and homey. Buffet breakfast with eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt and cerials. You can also order an omelet. Close to many restaurants, easy access to highways and only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville.
