I want to recognize Evelyn and Sasha at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Greenville for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, they were both friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like valued guests. It's employees like Evelyn and Sasha who turn an ordinary hotel stay into a great experience. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. They are a true asset to the Holiday Inn Express team. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your kindness and exceptional hospitality, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Greenville.

I selected this hotel because it was walking distance to a concert at Bon Secours Wellness Arena and I’m very pleased with my selection. To start the staff at the front desk Thursday and Friday made me feel like I was part of their family. It’s always great to have friendly staff but it’s above and beyond when you feel like you’re their family. The building was in the perfect spot to walk to and from the concert and I felt safe in the area. The building is an older brick building but clearly the rooms have been updated. My 15 year old said it smelt funny but it was just the old building and cleaning products, we didn’t even notice a smell after the initial walk in. The room was fully stocked. There was a fridge and microwave along with a hair dryer. The hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the restroom were full and Dove products. The bed was tidy and clean. We didn’t watch tv but there was one in there. The bed was comfy and had a variety of pillows i f you don’t travel with yours I’m sure you’ll find one you like. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful if needed, he was on top of restocking and cleaning tables as people left and there were a lot of people there. I would definitely stay there again I was so pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, location, and a feeling of safety which are my top requirements when traveling with just my daughter and I.

We stayed 4th of july weekend. Busy parking lot. Plenty of parking. Pool area is smaller but easily accessible from 1st floor. Main entrance 2nd floor. Easily assessing downtown, Fluor Field, Main St, Falls Park, and all that there is to do in Greenville and the surrounding areas. Front desk attendant was more than helpful and entire staff was pleasant. Breakfast included make your own pancakes, muffins, danishes, eggs, gg white omelets, sausage, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Great homemade. King room is very roomy.

Felt very comfortable here during our multi-night stay. The staff is amazing from front desk to housekeeping! We made a mistake while booking and Brooklyn was so kind & accommodating, she helped us navigate the situation seamlessly. Nathaniel is great too. We loved the free breakfast / coffee / cookies & the hotel is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites. When i arrived, the desk attendant was super sweet and got me checked in quickly. I asked if if was safe to walk around at night and she was very truthful and said it was and that there are also patrols at night downtown, which was reassuring. They also provided a little welcome baggie with water and also had a printout of places in the area to eat, which was incredibly helpful and took the guesswork out of where to go. The room was incredibly clean and smelled fresh. The only negative is that there's a constant deep in the room. It wasn't too loud or disruptive, but it was loud and constant enough to be annoying. The hotel is downtown and everything is within walking distance, so I didn't have to drive or find parking anywhere. Overall, it was a great stay and I would absolutely stay again.
