We had a lovely stay. The room was prepared with great detail, both in the room and bathroom. Anything we needed was offered by the staff without a second thought. As mentioned prior, the housekeeping was excellent with the very fresh linens. The staff member washing the linens keeps them fresh and above standard. This made us feel relaxed and like home. They keep good coffee downstairs 24/7. That was appreciated too. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. They each were very interesting. We will be back.
My husband and I stayed here for a week. The gym was out of order which was a big factor to why we chose this hotel. The elevator was out of order for a day and we were on the 6th floor so that was brutal. They removed their hot tub which was something my husband really wanted. The pool was closed some of the days so it was a very bare bones hotel. They do offer room service but when I called for more toilet paper and new towels they told me to go to the employees storage and get it myself. They also didn’t keep up with the garbage cans. They were constantly overflowing. I feel like I should be refunded 50% since all of the amenities were down. It was a safe hotel though besides the one time we walked out to 2 cops in the parking lot. The waffles were good so that’s why it’s getting 2 stars.
Everything was great- rooms were nice - a little older but clean and quiet. In a nice convenient area. Hotel staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast. I’d book again.
I’m so glad I moved hotels. I started at another place that was AWFUL! Switched and came here. The room was perfect and I couldn’t hear every little thing from my neighbors. The breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. Front desk always helpful. Zero issues! My husband and I were finally able to relax!
Hubby and I needed a few nights to go cause our big truck was in the shop. We booked here. Price was reasonable Place was nice It's not a 5 star hotel, but its nice, clean and somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was fairly decent Only downfall is could have had a few more TV channels, but we will live
