Brad Wilson and the staff at Bendigo Insurance Brokers have been looking after my father's insurance for years and they always manage to find very competitive premiums and good quality insurance. Brad just obtained a much better deal for my contents insurance and also drew my attention to the fact that I lacked very important insurance for my business. I'm now completely covered for both. As a real estate agent it is often difficult to navigate the claim process on behalf of a client as 9/10 brokers treat you as a number rather than a client (or representative of) with needs. Angie (and the team) have been amazing to deal with and kept clear lines of communication consistently throughout the whole process, as well as working to ensure the needs of my client were met as much as possible before the file was closed off. Will definitely recommend more clients look into BIB in future!
