Integrity Funeral Home is patient first and foremost with me and my family time and time again. And I appreciate Mrs.Gloria and her staff for there love and care and for serving my family in our times of Grief and sorrow.From my Father B.O in law in 2010 to family members during city wide storm Milton in 2024,City wide floods and power outtages and my love one's body was still preserved.And my love one was beautiful at the funeral service.Mrs.Gloria has gone over and above time and time again and again now in 2025 we are thankful to God for her and Integrity Staff.thanks so very much Mrs.Gloria and the Integrity Staff
Mrs Gloria is awesome. She laid my step dad to rest nicely. She was honest and caring. She made the process smooth for us and our mom. Everything was handled nice and she was always available to answer any questions at any time. She has good prices and the staff was very friendly.. From the beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone. Gloria is so sweet.
Ms Gloria is the best! She and her staff are very professional and they do things at a high standard. We appreciated their professionalism and compassion during the passing of our beloved sister/ daughter. Gloria made her self available and returned any calls at a timely manner. Ms Gloria laid my nephew to rest about 4 yrs ago and did such a great job. When my husband passed away Apr 2021. I called her and she didn’t hesitate to perform the service. She handled me with loving and tender care. My husband’s family was very pleased with the services that were rendered. I appreciate each and everything detail that she provided to the Williams Family. I would recommend Integrity Funeral Services.
This is not a funeral home in any sense of the word. The name Integrity should be stricken from it's name and they need to be closed down. PLEASE if you have ANY issues and have already gone here, please contact the Division of Funeral, Cemetery & Consumer Services, ATTN Complaint Staff and let your concerns be known. Best for me to sum up my nightmare experience as unprofessional to the point that I had my loved one's body removed and taken to a reputable funeral home. At the time of her death, and my living out of state, I asked the policeman for a referral and he gave me three names close to the location of the deceased. I chose this place because of the name Integrity. It is such a misrepresentation of the definition of the word, I am sick just recalling the nightmare of events. And yes, I had justified complaints that the state was filing against this place. PLEASE there are other places where you can be rest assured your loved one will be taken care of and all will be handled professionally and with compassion and in a timely manner. The cremation process got drawn out to weeks, not a few days...IT WAS the MOST HORRIBLE experience of my life.
