I have used ISF 3 times now over the past couple of years and always found Iains professionalism to be first class. Service is prompt, polite and great value for money. On thus occasion Iain used his expertise to replace a jammed mortice lock with minimal fuss. I would happily use ISF again and can highly recommend their services.

Iain came out quickly to look at a stuck lock we had, and he did a great job at fixing the issue! Iain was very friendly and explained what had caused the issue and what he was doing to fix it which was really helpful, along with some other issues that can happen with the doors we have and what to look out for. Iain did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting him out in the future for any other issues we have. I would highly recommend Iain for any locksmith related jobs!

I had a great experience with this Iain and honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the work they did. I needed help getting into a high-security, bank-style safe, which I thought was going to be a nightmare but they handled it like it was no big deal. I could tell straight way a tell straight away he really know his stuff. He managed to gain access without causing any damage, which was a huge relief. After getting it open, he replaced the lock and provided two brand new keys, all done smoothly and efficiently. Iain explained what he was doing as he went, which I really appreciated, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and the pricing felt fair for such a specialised job. It’s not every day you need someone to handle a safe like that, so it was reassuring to have someone so skilled and reliable. Would 100% recommend if you need a locksmith you can trust, especially for more complex or high-security work.

Iain did a brilliant job on our front door. We had issues preventing us closing and locking our door. He came out in less than 24 hours from my first message, identified the problem and priced the work then came back the following day to fix it. He was transparent throughout, explaining what he was doing step by step and he offered advice to prevent further issues occurring. He is an all round great guy. Would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service from Iai. Needed a new barrel as the key was completely stuck in the door, he arrived promptly and sorted the lock. Prices were quoted up front, no surprises. Would highly recommend, very professional.
