Just had an amazing experience with Greenville Jewelers! I brought in some gold and stones looking to get a new engagement ring. They ordered the new band for me, charged the construction as a repair, and had everything sized up and ready in just under 24 hours! It's such a beautiful ring and I can't wait to share it with my soon to be fiancée :) The only complaints I have are the few imperfections in the gold. This issue is so minor to me however. I thought I might mention this to anyone who's super perfectionistic. Don't let that perfectionism deter you though - these people will understand what you're looking for and meet that expectation

I’ve supported this jewelry store before, but my last experience was very disappointing. I bought a pearl bracelet about six months ago, and within two months the string was already showing and looked cheap. Last week, it completely fell apart. When I brought it in, the manager only offered about $30 based on gold value, ignoring the clear workmanship issue. I even offered to purchase another item if they gave fair credit, but they refused. A pearl bracelet shouldn’t fall apart this quickly. Very poor quality and disappointing customer service. Save yourself some frustration and purchase your jewelry from a reputable jewelry store.

I dropped my engagement ring off for a clasp repair, and it was repaired within less than a day. They did a spectacular job! The diamond is set better now than the first day my fiancé bought the ring. We will be using Greenville Jewelers from now on for our purchases/repairs.

I dropped off my engagement ring that I have not been able to wear for over 25 years due to height of the setting. I could not wear it because I had to take gloves on/off most days and the ring would catch on the gloves ...and most clothing. I also dropped off my gold wedding band and a 2nd ring (this band contained 2 small flush channels with diamond chips). William was able to weld the 2 band rings together and set my engagement diamond in an East-West diamond shaped setting that was flush with my wedding band. Absolutely gorgeous! The ring was completed within 1 week at a great price! I can now comfortably wear my rings as one ring! So happy with this Ring!

Let me start off by saying I highly recommend Greenville Jewelers!! Their entire staff is knowledgeable, polite and took their time with me. Greenville Jewelers had made my engagement ring and wedding band many years ago. After a few trips, I finally have exactly what I had envisioned. At first, I only wanted a second band to match my first one. As you can see from the before pic, the second band did not match (no fault of the Jeweler, just new updated styles). The new band is closest to my hand in the before picture. William said I know what we could do, and he made it happen along with the other workers there as well! Two new bands were ordered, and the diamonds from my engagement and wedding band were switched over, and my engagement ring diamond was elevated a little. I truly am so grateful for their patience, time, and expertise! If you need something done right, definitely go here! Thank you all again. You made a vision come to an absolutely gorgeous reality!!
