I had an excellent experience with Reed's Jewelers in the Haywood Mall. I worked with Lea and would highly recommend her specifically. Ask for her! Reed's made us feel like top priority customers regardless of our budget and helped us find the perfect engagement ring. After we had decided on everything it was ready for pickup just a few days later. They've got a great and affordable lifetime warranty as well. I cannot say enough good about Reed's and would certainly recommend them to a friend looking for engagement rings or other jewelry.
We had a great experience at REEDS Jewelers thanks to Sophia and Zach. We came in looking for a watch for my husband for our 10-year anniversary, and Sophia made the whole process really enjoyable. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful and took her time letting us try on different options. The watch we had been considering had not been put on display yet, but she helped find it in the store, which we really appreciated. After purchasing, we noticed a small blemish on the bezel while still in the store. Without hesitation, they ordered a new one for us and still let us take the original home in the meantime, which felt like great customer service. Just a few days later, they called to let me know the new watch had arrived. When we went back, Sophia helped make the exchange seamless, and Zach resized the watch for my husband. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything fit perfectly. Sophia and Zach both went above and beyond and because of them, we’ll definitely be returning in the future.
Nicki made the engagement ring buying process super easy! Definitely would recommend visiting Reeds when looking for your forever ring. I also had a watch I was interested in online which she was able to order to the store so I could try it on before purchasing. Nicki went above and beyond on so many different levels. I cannot thank her enough!!!
My boyfriend and I went here to start looking at engagement rings based on a recommendation from one of his co-workers. He told us the talk to Nicki and she was amazing! I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted but she was so knowledgeable and patient with me! She helped me create the perfect ring based on my boyfriends budgets and is the best!
I had my wedding ring refurbished as a part of their warranty program that was available to my wife and I after we purchased the ring. When we got it back, it looked spectacular, even better than new. It looked so good, I purchased a cheaper one off Amazon and only plan to wear the refurbed one on special occasions. Service all the way around was top notch.
