I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about their craftsmanship. My permanent necklace is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The whole process was quick, fun, and professional. If you’re looking for high-quality permanent jewelry and exceptional customer service, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back for more pieces!
The Owner and her employees are always so helpful and polite, I always enjoy shopping here. My last trip into the store involved not only purchasing 2 more permanent jewelry bracelets but also reattaching 2 previously purchased ones, that I had to have removed for surgery. I requested some alterations to the 2 older ones before reattaching them, the Owner listened intently to my request, asked questions for clarification and suggested ways to accomplish what I wanted then worked diligently to fulfill my wishes and made sure that I was happy with the changes before reattaching them. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.

The Greenville Spark is the absolute BEST✨ I got my first bracelet back in 2022 from Mrs. Robin and several others through the years. From my earliest one to the most recent they are all still shiny like the first day I got them. The moment you walk in to Greenville spark you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. They are very professional, pay well attention to detail, go above and beyond and the passion they bring is very hard to find these days . The shop itself is full of all kinds of cute and unique gifts as well that are perfect for birthdays or just a little treat-yourself moment. 10/10 would always recommend.
