Clerk was happy to help when our machine didn't work. Wash card payment system works well. Only downside was that nearly all machines and dryers were in use by a few people.

I pack light so a laundromat like this one is SO handy when I travel. First, pay for a laundry card in back corner of washer/dryer area. Load $10 for a load. Take card to soap dispenser ($1 per item, deducts from laundry card amount). Then pick small or large washer and small or large dryer and you are within 1 hour of fresh clean clothes! Easy peasy!!! Only note is that high temp on dryer is REALLY hot. Medium takes longer but gentler. Short dryer cycles help ypu decide exactly how much time you need, run as many as needed to achieve desired level of dryness. I am very happy. Add in the quick Uber right there and back, $40 all in. My hotel offers laundry service, too, but my 1 small load would have come to over $100.

Clean, orderly, simple. Keep being apart of the community that makes going to do laundry here a pleasant experience…it could be a lot worse! Get a card (& load it w/ money) in the far left corner upon entering (cards are free). Small washers: $3.75 Medium washers: $5.00 Large washers: $10.00 all Dryers: $0.25 for 3mins or $0.50 for 5mins. (Keep Inserting card to add time). Use carts only when actively moving clothes. Keep folding tables clean (use cleaner provided). Soap machine in right corner. Seating is uncomfortable. Throw your trash out & be respectful!

No coins or paper money here, laundry card loading with credit card or U.S. Currency Only. (Beware, machines Does NOT Give Change) Ahhh,the attendant grouchy.. Hmm, what going on?? I ask about soap dispenser ..we go to machine and check contents..he get upset??? " I cannot say what he said..the words not good." Grouchy!!..Mayb not have cup of Hawaiian Coffee yet?? What ever happen to Customer service with a smile???!! Ohh... Do they ever check the washers.. found to 2 1/4 sheet metal screws in washer. Good, I seen dem b4 loading clothes in washer. They even have house rules for Customer What about rules for the attendant..what are their services to provide the customer with Aloha Service?? Check below for House Rules for Customer: Please, No running, playing or climbing in the laundromat. Please, do not allow your keikis to play with or climb into carts. Please, do not take laundry carts outside. Folding tables only for for clean clothes. Please, keep all food items within seating area. Please, do not put dye clothes in our washers. Please, check washers and dryers prior to use.. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left inside the machines. ( so how they check it is damage or basket is damage???) We are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by machines. ( so use machines at own risk..??) No rubber, rubber back carpets, squid, tako, or plastic materials in any washer or dryer.-including shoes. ( Basicly.. go somewhere else..other laundrymat) Please remove your laundry from machines as soon as cycle completes. Otherwise, it will be removed by attendant. Register your laundry card at the charging station. If your card is lost, we can transfer your existing balance to your new card. We reserve right to refuse access or service to our machines. Ohh.. Their is a 8 x 11 sheet of bonded paper with words: Caution Newly painted floors are slippery when wet. Please be careful. Management. No dates on notice. No names/phone # ( so , that mean they don't leave office.. and sweep and clean, machines and floors throughout the business hours???) It is very dusty behind the emergency lighting and air vents, along the tops of walls, even the fan is dirty-close to soap dispenser inside the wash house. Along the windows, window blinds., behind TV monitor..not clean. I guess they do NOT to windows. On sign Outside Hours 7am -6pm M-F Sat/Sun- 530am-6pm Every day last dry 630pm. Door close at 630pm. One more sign near front sliding glass door: Last wash is 6pm DO NOT LOAD CLOTHES after 6pm Because washers WILL NOT START Doors Lock at 645pm Ohh, more to sign to read: No rubber mats No rubber shoes Rubber back carpets Pet belongings Plastic products Ocean creatures NO Dyeing or soaking ( Ha Ha ..So, everyone leave your Pet Octopus, Dobbins, Hammer Heads, Mahi Mahi, Anchovies... Rubber suits, snorkels..etc at home) (So, there you People.. use come andbuse the machines at your own discretion) Mahalo
