The Service department is very friendly. Their technology and communication is very effective with text messaging and emails. The app is easily accessible on my phone to schedule service. The salesman here genuinely want to give you the best deal on a new or used vehicle. John Marcus is the sales person that I have dealt with and he is genuinely a wonderful person. I can’t say enough about the way I am treated every time I’m here. Right now I’m trading a vehicle that had a recall on the engine 6.2 L engine. Jon put me in a new truck and worked the numbers to make this an easy transaction. The service department was kind enough to remove the bed cover on my old truck and install it on the new truck for me at no charge. That is excellent customer service folks. Keven Whitaker Chevrolet is the largest selling dealership in the Southeast. Their tract record speaks volumes. Five stars *****Best experience I have had with a dealership! Had the best salesman you could ask for! Jorge Pedroza went to work for me and found exactly what I wished for. He was extremely patient and responsive and kept me up to date on his progress. If you are in the market for a vehicle, call and ask for Jorge. Great experience they stayed late for us to close the deal. So we wouldn’t have to make the return trip. Charley is a great Christian man . No pressure sales . We drove up to look at another vehicle at another local dealer. My husband had all he could take of them in a few minutes. We left and he said hey drive by Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet I know a guy i bought a camper shell off marketplace works there so let’s just ride by an see if they have anything we like boy are we glad we did . Not new but had only 2000 miles.

I was an out of state buyer from Illinois and so nervous to even be considering a vehicle from another state! After a phone call with Nate Parker, I felt so much better about the situation. He answered all of my questions, sent me pictures and videos of everything I had asked, and was straight forward about everything. Best part yet- there was no pressure about buying and no crazy added fees. He helped me get pre approved and had a smooth transition for when I flew in to see it. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help with the questions I had. Definitely reccomend this dealership for a smooth buying process! 🥳
