I met Shakti last year & she invited me to her yoga class, my response was “No, yoga is to hard!” She softly encouraged me to give it a try, as all yoga is a little different. She is a kind, gentle & knowledgeable instructor that lets you go at your own pace and comfort level. When I arrived back in Florida this season I hunted her down & am once again enjoying her classes, I leave every one glad I came!😌 Give it a try you, won’t regret it!
