Poor service. Most of the machines are broken, the card/cash machine to get change is broken, the ATM is broken. I had to leave my clothes and go to. Family dollar to get cash them come back to the smart wash. My last visit lost $14.00 in change back machine . I called the customer service number for two weeks and no one every called back. Today I decided to give it another try and the same ....disappointment. This is the last time they get my business. Treat the people and customers in the area with a decent experience. The washerette on North Street is awesome.

Everything was excellent The washers were clean and new The staff was very helpful Everything was clean and new The price was good and fair The store was clean and spacious Great place I would recommend everyone to get there laundry done here 👌 👍 😀

Currently at the location trying to find an attendant. The washer is stuck on rinse and now I can't get my bedding. No one in sight to help and I can't open the washer. 😭***Update - still no attendant but at least the washer finally stopped. I was able to transfer the bedding to another washer 🤞 hopefully in another 40 min I can be out of here!***Last Update - just waiting on the dryer to finish. Never saw an attendant. Glad to not ever come back. Zero Stars! 😂

Was just a great experience. Will be coming here from now on. Very clean and the workers were extra attentive. I really appreciate places like this!!
