This is a wonderful laundromat and I have been really impressed with what good care they take of the machines! Manager Stephanie is doing an excellent job keeping this well utilized laundromat in wonderful shape! We have used Speed Queen for a couple of years and I so appreciate having this wonderful laundromat in the neighborhood. There is often deep cleaning of the machines happening or buffing the outsides, restocking the vending, etc. Kind and attentive staff who never mind a question. Great job y’all! Thanks for keeping it so clean and welcoming!!
This place went from a five star to two. They have changed staff. The new resident lesbian staff member walks around with an extreme attitude. This place is a mess. There are several dryers tagged with Speed Queen receipts that have been stopped for a long time and she doesn't empty them so customers can used them. She's stays sitting outside smoking and customers have to hunt her down. I don't know where the others went that worked here, but they need to bring them back and fix this place to the 5 stars it once was. We have been faithful customers for 4 years, but that is going to end if this place doesn't improve.
Greatest laundry place I ever experienced! The manager Steph is the most helpful person. She is a really bright and bubbley soul. Iwish I could give 6 ⭐. Keep up the great service see you next time!
Been washing here for a few months very clean place but these employees are very dishonest. I put a 20 dollar bill in the change machine and I didnt recieve my change. They told me they couldn't do anything about it until the manager comes back to work on Monday. This was Saturday July 4th when this happened. Today is the 7th and I never recieved a call about the $20. I called the manager phone number that they gave me Saturday (Stephanie) asked to speak w her and a man answered saying she was at work. I drive to Speed Queen NO STEPHANIE but a man was there telling me she wasn't there. Clearly it was the same guy that just answered and told me that she was there. I just wanted my money returned.
I really like this place. It's very clean, lots of windows and feels bright and open. Unlike many other laundromats in the area, I never once felt unsafe here. The washers and dryers are very large and hold a lot of items. The bathroom was also very clean. They offer snacks and beverages, free wifi, and even have tablets with games to keep kids occupied.
