I cannot recommend Lavery Building Services highly enough. Shaun and his team have done an incredible job restoring my 1800s wall, and the finished result has completely transformed my garden. From the very beginning, Shaun was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to source the right materials for the project. The reclaimed bricks were a perfect match for the original wall and were even sourced all the way from London, which shows the level of care and attention to detail that went into this restoration. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The restored wall looks far better than the original, while still maintaining its character and heritage. The amount of effort, skill and hard work that the team put in was remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the project and completed everything to an exceptionally high standard. A big shout-out to all the lads involved, but especially Rob and Arthur, who spent the majority of the time restoring the wall. Their dedication, professionalism and work ethic were second to none. They worked non-stop and ensured every detail was completed to my satisfaction. Lovely, friendly chaps! Thank you lads! The end result speaks for itself – a beautifully restored wall that has genuinely transformed the look of my garden. Spot on, lads. Couldn’t recommend Shaun and his team enough. We first used Lavery building services for our kitchen renovation, to rip out old kitchen & flooring, add a false stud wall & plaster the entire room and ceiling. Him and his team did a fabulous job for a good price. We’ve since used Lavery building setvices for external work, another good job done by an honest and trustworthy tradesman. So nice to get a reliable builder and plasterer, Shaun came straight away and gave a price for the job and just a few days later sent someone to do the job. The two lads were very pleasant and did an excellent job renewing the texturing on our property. Excellent service.

I can't recommend these guys enough. We had our back wall and chimney repointed and some bits to the roof done. The lads did a brillaint job and the house looks really good now. They worked really hard and were always polite and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Shaun was also really quick to reply to any messages and to give us a quote etc and the price was really reasonable. Very happy with the service and will certainly use Lavery Building Services again. Thank you!

Have had two plastering jobs done by Shaun and the team, can’t recommend them highly enough! Both jobs were to a high standard and everyone involved have been very friendly and left the place clean and tidy. Shaun’s gone out of his way to make sure the work is done promptly and that we’re happy with the results, we really appreciate it
