Problem solved but extremely expensive. The technician did not provide explanation or a quote for the job to be done and just proceeded. Not recommended.

We were locked out of our house and called this locksmith for help. When the technician arrived, he immediately broke the lock on our door without giving any warning, explanation, or asking for permission. We were not told it was necessary, and we never agreed to have the lock destroyed. Even worse, he did not explain anything — no options, no process, no communication. Then, after breaking the lock, he told us it would be $400. No estimate was given beforehand, and we were left completely shocked. He later mentioned that $200 on top of that 400$ would include a new lock, but again, this was only after the damage was already done. I understand locksmith services can be costly, and I was prepared to pay $150–250, which is reasonable. But $400 just to break a lock — without explanation — is completely unacceptable. I was utterly disappointed with this experience and want some answers. This felt like being taken advantage of during an already stressful moment.

I'll prepared, said to meet between 3-3:30 but arrived at 3:33 without necessary locks. Suggest don't use this locksmith.

Called on behalf of my mom when she locked her car keys inside the vehicle. The gentleman that pulled up looked inside the driver’s side window and quoted $250 because it was a “german” car and that it would be harder to open. Then proceeds to get the door open in less than 3 minutes. I’m pretty sure I was ripped off considering that I called a locksmith in Bonita 3 weeks ago to open my own car door on a Toyota and it was only $80. Overall the whole experience was unprofessional and sketchy.

Do NOT call these people. Tried to charge me $400 to open my car. They ended up coming back with $300. It’ll literally be cheaper to break your own window out.
