LOWES CREDIT CARD SCAM!!!! After spending tens of thousands of dollars, I am switching to Home Depot. They talked us into a credit card, without interest, when we were purchasing serval thousand dollars in appliances. Long story short their employee messed up after a few months I noticed there was interest. I went to the store, nothing they can do and they see where THEIR employee messed up.. but they can’t do anything. Right then and there I paid off the balance, and closed the account. Guess what they charged me the payment on a closed out account. Instead of sending it back they needed to send me a check to repay me…. Now they are charging me interest on a closed down account. Lowe’s keeps telling me this is an issue with the bank. Yet it’s all foreign representatives who you can barely understand. Now they are going to charge me interest, every month on an interest free account that’s been paid off and closed for months? I can’t even get ahold of corporate.

Horrible customer service at the plumbing aisle. I just needed help finding an adapter for a swivel faucet and we waited for nearly an hour with no help. Dominic the plumbing associate, couldn't help us find the piece because he said that he's not a plumber. We will no longer shop at this store. What a waste of time.

This is definitely one of my happy places! If you go to Lowe's now they have so many plants on clearance that look great! They're addi space for new plants.

Great selection of beautiful plants. Picked up a lime tree for my backyard. Tree was lush and healthy, with fruit already growing.

Not impressed at all! In Pennsylvania where I lived there before moving here too Naples FL there selection was 100 times nicer! And in season which is Right Now is staffed with knowledgeable team members till close. Along with outside gates opened till 30 minutes to close. Well in SW Florida I've been in a Lowes 3 times in the past week. All three times between 7:30 and 8:30 and gate we locked and no sales staff in the whole garden area. Two different time I found a stock member and they were worst then if I found nobody. I'm sorry if you work for a retail store you Must be trained on how to communicate to customers regardless if your job title isn't selling. To hear that not my job, that's not my department, I don't know ask someone else or go to customer service., and ignore or walk away/past a customer and not say a word. Bare minimum Hi! Is completely unexceptable. Then after pushing my loaded flat bed inside the store and scanning the product at the self service checkout line I asked the young gentleman standing by the exit door if he could help me load the large heavy dirt bags into the car since I had major issues loading the dow to the flat bed. Immediately he said NO I can't because I'm stationed here at register and no one else in stock can do it after I asked that. Keep in mind the store is going to be opened for another 1.5 hours and the was no more that 5 customers in the total store!! If I didn't need the for first thing in the morning I wouldnt of bought them at Lowe's and /or I would have returned them all. Lastly I've reported the horrific LACK of parking lot lights for months now, and nothing has been done. Anyone driving past the store would assume the Lowe's store is closed that how dark it is. Secondly someone walking up to me 12 feet away , I could give any discription (male-female) and for sure any basic detail would be impossible. What a safe and security concern. Lowes what an embarrassment and insult to Naples residents and to the 1,000's of Management and team members that do their jobs to the best of their ability to be thrown in and judged along side the Florida team! For the DIstrist Manager of SW Florida you need to be aware of what is going on in your organization and what customers are saying about you and your Stores. This goes for the VP and director of stores .. if nothing is done I wouldn't be surprised to see and hear Lowes closes all stores in Florida due to lack of minimum sales thresholds and losses in profit.
