Had my first lymphatic drainage massage 12 days post op after having cosmetic surgery as advised by my surgeon. Neo was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me putting me at ease and reassuring me. The room is calm and peaceful and The massage was brilliant so relaxing and not painful at all. I came away feeling a lot more relaxed and less tight . I booked up straight away for another the following week. I would highly recommend neo I will definitely be a regular

I am a customer at Mandala wellness spa since 2024, and always choose Neo for my massage therapies. I have a very positive experience of this salon, and feel it’s important to share a more balanced perspective. I’ve been for several treatments, both facial and massage, including Thai massage, sports massage, deep tissue Thai massage, lymphatic drainage massage, advanced facial treatments, and gua sha facial. On every visit, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Importantly, in my experience, Neo always asked for consent before taking any photos. I was made aware that it was completely optional, and if I didn’t feel comfortable, I could simply say no on the day with no pressure at all. During each session, I felt at ease and respected. The treatments were carried out with skill and attention to detail, and it was clear a lot of effort and knowledge went into the work. I always left feeling better, both physically and mentally. Neo is a hardworking person who genuinely cares about her customers and their wellbeing. From my experience, the service has always been professional, considerate, and dedicated. Overall, my experience has been what has been described. I would happily return and recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, caring treatments. I feel very relaxed, pampered and confident after my treatments with Neo, thank you for your kindness, care and all of your hard work.

I had an excellent lymphatic massage experience from start to finish.Neo was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The treatment was gentle yet incredibly effective, I left feeling deeply relaxed and noticeably refreshed. The environment was clean, calming and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning.

5***** My partner and I have been going to Neo for over a year now. Words cannot truly put across how excellent she is, how knowledgeable she is, and how safe it feels being in her caring hands. We had an excellent pre-intervention consultation with her when we first started seeing her, where she completed a thorough consent form with us, and was very considerate about confidentiality and ensured data was processed and stored safely. We have had excellent deep pressure massage, and thorough facials that leave you feeling so healthy and rejuvenated. I have also had TMJ massage, and each time I leave feeling so de-stressed. Neo is also really personable, and I always enjoy my time with her, and I can have some chit-chat or choose to relax in silence if I want. She explains everything in detail, including aftercare. Neo takes so much pride in her work, and really wants to help you feel better. It’s rare to meet somebody with such extensive knowledge of their field, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. For over a year I have been having lymphatic drainage massage with Neo as part of my recovery plan following chemo and radiotherapy. Neo offers a very professional service I can recommend unreservedly. My health has greatly improved and my energy level boosted. This has been a great investment in my health which I plan to continue.
