Clearly, these guys do not care about their neighbors or the community that they’re in. These guys have an entire parking lot to themselves, yet insist on parking five of their vans on the street which prevents everybody else from finding parking. I drive by this business daily and their lot has never once been full of cars. Why they feel the need to hoard all of the street parking so the rest of the community has nowhere to park makes no sense to me. You might not need to put out giant no farmers market parking signs if you didn’t take all the parking on the street to begin with. Be a good neighbor and park in your own lot. Or better yet, don’t support a business like this that doesn’t care about the community.
Excellent dry cleaning service! My clothes always come back looking brand new—clean, fresh, and perfectly ironed. They handle delicate items with care and deliver everything on time. The staff is professional and courteous, making the whole experience smooth and easy. Great quality and dependable service every visit.
I’ve come here for a couple months bc it’s close by and got decent reviews and I never need anything difficult dry cleaned. Last week I brought in a garment and the guy who was taking my info seemed annoyed to even be working and then when I pointed out a couple stains that I wanted to make sure came out he just kind of scoffed and said “yea it’ll be fine” and wrote nothing down. I picked up the garment and the stains were still there (seen in the first picture), no note on the ticket about trying to remove the stains. I asked the lady that was working about it and of course she had no idea what I was talking about bc there was no note so then when I pointed out the stains made up some excise about not being able to get them out bc the material was too delicate. Again there were no notes anywhere on the ticket about the stains. So I went home, took about 10 minutes to do my own spot cleaning and was able to remove the stain, as seen in the second picture. So I paid $11 for them to hang my garment and wrap it in plastic.
Greedy is an understatement for this business. How are you charging a belt that comes with a dress as an additional garment? Seconly and most shocking, how are you charging customers an additional 3% charge to their entire order just to pay with a card. 95% of business is made through a credit card or debit card, there's a small portion of the population who will carry cash or a checkbook, again small, as a merchant you should know that. As a business it should be your responsibility to set payment methods that are convenient for your customers just like every other business in the world, I truly don't understand how businesses in hawaii afloat with such lazy and scamy practices, this sort of ideals is exactly what drives the local population to even more poverty, when businesses like this are constantly trying to find ways to make more money out of people.
Highly recommended for removing stubborn, severe stains, such as ink, from delicate garments. I praise them for professional service and friendly staff. They offer quality cleaning at reasonable, competitive prices.
