I stayed at one of Mariella and Jonny’s properties during my third year of university. We moved in just after a renovation of the bathroom so everything was brand new and spotless! The flat was in fab condition and Mariella and Jonny were friendly, responsive and helpful during the duration of my stay! Mariella prides herself on quality and affordability, saying that she makes sure that the flats are at the standard she would want her children to live in☺️

I lived at the Sunbury Avenue property managed by Mariella and her team during my third year at Newcastle University. We all loved the house - it lovely, modern and really well kept (the included cleaners were also a massive bonus!). The maintenance team were also always on hand if anything was needed!

We rented Mariella's house for our third year at Uni. Our experience was outstanding – a fantastic student house that we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. Lived in the property on the corner of Akenside Terrace in Jesmond last year. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place at a more than reasonable price. Especially with the cleaner and WiFi included. Never any unexpected visits or issues.

Our experience with modern living was brilliant! They consistently responded promptly to address and resolve any issues. The house surpassed many other student residences with its beautiful furnishings and spacious rooms. We made great memories here thanks to Mariella and Jonny :)
