Sara & Tammy were excellent house cleaners! They were very professional and pleasant. They did an initial Deep Clean of my house quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with their work. They both did an amazing job!! Thank you Molly Maids!!

I was going to let this go, but just can’t. I’ve never had a worse experience with any cleaning company. The spent a few hours in my home while my nanny was there with my daughter. When they left, my nanny let me know that the floors hadn’t been cleaned. Upon further inspection, I found that not only floors hadn’t been cleaned, the house hadn’t been dusted, countertops and appliances were dirty, and bathrooms had not cleaned. There was dirt and debris everywhere. For an any cleaning, let alone a deep cleaning, this is ridiculous. So they offered to come back. They spent another hour “fixing” the problem areas. Another absolutely terrible job. I’m livid that I should be expected to pay anything for this. I scheduled a cleaning to take stress away and it added more stress, anger and time to my plate. The pictures attached is my own swifter pad from just my entry and I used a second one on my kitchen AFTER they had come back. I’m never using them again. You shouldn’t either.

I have been waiting to leave a review until I’ve been with Molly Maid a full year. Carolyn has been cleaning my home a full year and Kiersten started on our home’s team a few months ago. They are both very friendly, and respectful of our home. They often find my jewelry laying around and respectfully place it in an area I will find. For example, I lost an earring and today found it in a jewelry dish in my bathroom. I tend to be pretty type-A and have always felt like they have done a great job. I believe I have had to call them back once regarding a missed bathroom floor and they came back with great attitudes and cleaned it up quickly. I am very happy with my service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Molly maid team that came through today was really great, Tai and her partner (forgetting her name right now) were super professional and worked in a timely manner. They made sure things were wiped, dusted, scrubbed and cleaned really well inside my home. Even took requests to check on something in particular if it needed a bit more TLC. I would definitely recommend Tai and her team for Molly maid services

Carolyn and Kiersten always do an amazing job; we look forward to their visit every month! Having a clean space at the beginning of every month has relieved so much stress. They are thorough, professional, and always positive. They’re also very patient and sweet with my dog Luna who is always happy to see them as well! Thank you for your hard work today and always :)
