Stayed at many budget hotels but this was very disappointing. The rooms are spacious beds comfortable and location was great but that’s it. They must have a slow leak in bathroom so we had to lay towels down on the bathroom floor, floor was always damp fortunately we made it through the two nights without slipping. Don’t even bother with the shower unless you like it cold just impossible to get it at a temperature that’s passable. Stayed two nights with no room service and one roll of toilet paper. Plenty of budget hotels in the area that offer a more comfortable stay.

The accommodation was cheap. The bathroom was filthy with mould throughout the shower. Toilet door did not close shut. Front door was an issue to open. We had to use the chain lock to ensure safety at night. Outside bins were overflowing and smelly.

Well what can we say. The bed was comfortable, room and sheets clean and the room was large and spacious. That's where it stops. We had room 3 and there are some serious issues. The front door has a large split down the middle where you can see daylight. You can see daylight around the door and it doesn't feel like the door closes securely. Advertised as having spa but notice saying not working. Stain on supposedly clean bath towel so used another. Filthy bathroom fan. Dog barking most of the night. Hole in the top of both the bedside drawers and mismatched lamps looked like came straight from an op shop. There were holes in the bed cover which were very noticeable. We don't know what the other rooms were like but disappointed with ours. Yes it's budget accommodation however we have stayed at other accommodation places for the same price and no issues.

Amazing , my partner and daughter went and stayed there whilst I’m in hospital due to a high risk pregnancy my partner was in a rush and forgot a charger block the guy made the effort to find him one so he could have a charged phone - very welcoming environment.

Very lovely staff, always around to help and answer your questions. Room was quiet and comfy and had all the amenities mentioned in the description, smelt a bit smokey but understandable for an older place that may have accommodated long term tenants at one stage. I would recommend this place as it's affordable and right in town, close to the hospital, marketplace and dining district.
