DO NOT PAY CASH! You cannot return anything if you do. They only do returns if you pay by card or have an account with them. Very poor policy! 12/23/25 - Update and changed review from 1 star to 3 stars as Mountainland responded and allowed me to return the item. They have supposedly changed their policy.
Friendly associates, lil pricey but what can you expect. Everything is costly these days.
I never have a problem with them. If I don’t receive something that I order they are more then happy to make sure I get it. They are always happy and smiling when we go in there. It’s a great environment and they do anything they can to help so we don’t have to make 10 stops! You guys rock. Keep it up 😃
