My daughter came here to see Jayliana and has been dying for me to try PINQUE Nail Bar, and I was honestly a little reluctant at first—but I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, the service was wonderful and the results were even better. Megan did an amazing job on my nails, and Antonio gave me such a great pedicure. Both were attentive, professional, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The attention to detail and results were absolutely worth it, and I’m happy to drive across town for an experience like that. Highly recommend PINQUE Nail Bar.
i’m new to the area and i heard about them on social media and wanted to try them out! i’m absolutely amazed by how nice everyone of the staff members were, the owner was also in at the time of my service and he was the most sociable owner of a business i’ve ever met! we was very attentive to his staff and customers. i had cynthia as my nail tech and she was so sweet!! i’ve never had gel x nails and wanted to give it a try and did the most beautiful nails ive ever had! she paid such attention to the detail and brought my idea to life! i highly recommend this place! its also so beautiful inside!
Truly the best nail experience I have had since living in Cape Coral (2018). I had Maria. I was greeted as if I was a friend. I went in for gel mani , but was curious as to what Gel X was ( gel extensions for nails) . Maria gave me a consultation which has never happened to me in a salon. We had easy conversations, we laughed , discussed nail art and trends and I enjoyed a mimosa. Truly an outstanding experience ( and treat) for a teacher after a long day.
DO NOT COME HERE. I wanted to love this place given the online presence and reviews, but my experience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me. The receptionist (or technician) was on the phone and made no effort to greet or check me in. It felt uncomfortable enough that I left and waited at a nearby café for nearly an hour instead of sitting in the lobby. The pedicure itself lasted about 25–30 minutes and felt rushed. The tech was extremely young and inexperienced. There was no proper nail cleaning, no cuticle work, and no attention to detail. I still had visible black polish residue from my previous pedicure when I left. For $50, I expected significantly more care and thoroughness. When I chose my color, it clearly needed another coat for full coverage. Instead of addressing it, I was told that “next time” I should ask for full coverage. The service was completed at 5:35 PM, and they close at 7 PM, yet everything felt rushed as if they were trying to get out the door. The space is aesthetically pleasing and has beautiful chairs, but unfortunately the chairs don’t recline and the overall service did not match the presentation. Social media presence and follower count don’t always reflect service quality. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not an experience I would repeat. Especially after taking an extremely expensive uber to get there.
Maria at the Cape Coral location did my nails yesterday. Had Gel X extensions put on and they came out beautifully. Best Gel X application that I’ve ever had, she did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
