We've used Natural Air (NA) a few times now. Initially for annual check ups and light maintenance. Recently we had them install a Daiken mini-split system for an addition. We had ran duct work to the room previously and added an internal fan but it just couldn't keep up with wider temperature swings. We worked with Krysta at NA to arrange everything; Electric work, unit install and annual check ups. Everyone was top notch. NA made it easy and we're so glad we had them do this.
Receptionist is always nice and sweet technicians always fix my problem in a fast manner. When you call they come out pretty fast and their pricing is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and is grateful for this company
This company has been an amazing group of people to have on speed dial! I bought a 100 year old home a few years ago. They installed a new unit when we purchased the home and that unit runs like a dream! The company has helped us limp along our upstairs unit since the home purchase trying to get just a few more years out of it before replacing it as well. Polite, prompt, great prices, great techs. I can't say enough about them. I referred them to my parents for heating issues this morning and my parents are already over the moon with them, too!
I purchased and had installed a new Carrier heat pump system. It was multiple thousands of dollars under other bids! The installation crew was very friendly and very professional. I would recommend these folks without reservation.
