Dear Neptune Society Management, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your team following the recent passing of my husband. From my initial phone call to the day he was laid to rest, the experience was managed with the utmost care and professionalism. I would like to specifically commend Marisol Fuentes Miller, our Funeral Director. Marisol was incredibly professional, compassionate, and kind throughout this difficult time. Her extensive knowledge regarding the necessary details and timelines was invaluable, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful reminders and condolences on the day of the service. Marisol handled every detail to ensure the process was seamless, including the coordination with the Navy Honor Guard and Queen of Angels Cemetery on my behalf. Her support made a challenging time much easier to navigate, and I will highly recommend your services to others for the sake of their loved ones.
I knew very little of The Neptune Society until the passing of my father. They are an exceptional organization. The professionalism, compassion and help made our situation very easy and stress-free. They literally did everything for us and with incredible compassion and professionalism. Their people are equally matched by their thoughtfulness and thoroughness to f the services offered. I simply can not say enough about the services and the people. My Dad’s decision to use The Neptune Society and the services provided, made what could easily be an incredibly difficult situation, exceptionally easy. There are now 5 siblings that will likely use it for their families. Incredible
After losing my husband in 2022, Mariana and the Neptune Society were so kind, supportive and caring with all the decisions that needed to be made. And most recently, losing my mother in May 2026, The Neptune Society was pivotal in making sure the arrangements had been carried out according to my mom’s wishes. Mariana and her team had taken such delicate care with details and I felt so seen, heard and cared about. Nothing but professional and caring people who work at Neptune Society. I would give more “stars” if allowed.
We elected for the Neptune Society to handle our final care over 12 years ago. We both felt good knowing those details wouldn't fall to our children and knowing that, wherever we were in the world, our wishes would be carried out and that we would be returned safely to our home. When my spouse passed, it was the easiest transition ever; one call by hospice and everything was done. The Fort Myers Neptune Society personnel were the kindest, most understanding and helpful people I think I've ever worked with. I'm very, very grateful for their services. I highly recommend them.
