Excellent service today by Newcastle Gas. Can't speak highly enough of the efficiency of the engineer. Turns out that our fire wasn't broken it just needed a service. OMG, our fire got 5 star treatment. It looks better than it did when it was new. Very reasonable price with all mess cleaned up. Will definitely use them again.
I had my fire cleaned and serviced, however a week later I’ve had to get an emergency gas firm out as the fire had a gas leak on it. Had previously had no issues with the fire prior to it being cleaned and serviced.
