I was seen so quickly and easily and given good price ups for treatments. Dr Muhsin and nurse Meghan were so kind and gentle with me. I have anxiety so doing this alone was scary but they did nothing but reassure me. I left feeling confident and happier. Would definitely come back. Everything handled by the receptionist Alex was so smooth and professional. Will definitely recommend!

I had very bad toothache , 1 broken tooth and another with a big hole in it. I booked an appointment with night and day emergency dentist in Newcastle and got to say these people are 1st class ! Alex the receptionist was so polite and helpful , Nurse Megan was professional and Dr Jordan again professional and answered every question I had , gave me sound advise and done 2 tooth extractions without 1 ounce of pain. I never felt a thing. It’s took me 3 years to go to a dentist and I won’t hesitate to use or recommend this practice to anyone. Brilliant !

I had a great experience at Night and Day Emergency Dentist Newcastle. From the moment I arrived, Jack at reception was warm, welcoming, and very professional. He made me feel comfortable straight away and handled everything efficiently. Dr. Karrar was excellent throughout the treatment, calm, highly experienced, and very reassuring. The procedure was completely painless, and he explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. Nurse Rachel was also wonderful and very supportive while assisting during the procedure. Together, they made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the whole team. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent emergency dental care with compassionate and skilled staff.

Had to get a tooth extraction ASAP and they were the only ones that said I could get an appointment on the same day. Dr Junaid Nurse Jack and the receptionist Sinead were very professional and explained things perfectly well and detailed. The extraction was quite fast and painless. They gave good aftercare too. Highly recommended

I honestly cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. After going through one of the most upsetting and stressful experiences of my life, losing a tooth whilst in Las Vegas and being totally disregarded by my current (now old) dental practice, I cannot thank the dental team at Night & Day Emergency Dentist enough for all they have done for me. From my very first interaction with this team, everything was different. Every single member of staff was kind, understanding and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, reassured me every step of the way, and never once made me feel like I was overreacting. They understood how much this meant to me and treated me with such empathy and professionalism throughout. My end result is absolutely incredible. My new tooth is perfect, it looks completely natural, and has 100% given me my confidence back. Every single penny was worth it, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail that went into my treatment. Thank you so much for restoring not only my smile but also my confidence during such a difficult time. I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever trust another dentist again.
