I have done some significant work with this company. Shoutout to TJ as he was the liaison between me and the mechanics that work here. I own a 2016 Acura RDX FWD, it was due for a timing belt package for the J35 V6. I made sure to do more than what was recommended for this package, since I want to drive this car till 200k miles. North Hill has such experienced people working there. They knew exactly what I was talking about. I paid such a great price for this extensive service. They completed this extensive job in the same day. I also own a 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring AWD. They did a fluid exchange for my E-CVT. I had done it a bit late, so I wanted to see what the fluid looked like. They were able to show me a sample in a water bottle. This allowed me to easily see that I should be doing it more frequently. I also paid a extremely good price for this job. I highly recommend this company, especially for extensive, complicated jobs that other mechanics may turn down.
Wonderful experience with North Hills. They called me promptly to discuss in detail what my car needed. My car drives likes a brand new car now. Will definitely return for future services. Professional and clean. Easy to book an appointment online. The service was completed the same day and everything was explained thoroughly.
I take my fleet work pickup here, and have yet to have any type of issues with their service. It's prompt, they always offer a ride back to wherever I may need. They handle my fleet manager service with no issues. I recommend them to everyone.
Now I know what friends having been telling me for a long time. I had a fantastic experience with North Hills, from everyone to the front desk and my courtesy driver to TJ! He was able to spend time with me patiently answering my questions or answering any potential concerns I may have had. Very professional and detailed from top to bottom! Had oil and filter changed there because I was recovering from injury. Went to change my own oil later and had to use a breaker bar to get the drain pan bolt off. It's supposed to be torqued at 29 lb-ft with new crush washer . It was for sure over torqued and/or a new crush washer not installed. Hesitate to go back now.
