We’ve been coming to Naples my whole life, 50+ yrs, and we have some favorites we always hit and love to add in some new places each time. I am so glad we stopped in here for an early drink and dinner! It will now be added to one of our regular stops! The margarita was perfect, not too sweet, the wings were just right and holy moly, this pork tenderloin sandwich!! I took over half of it home and it was fantastic! The service was terrific and made is feel so welcome, which I was worried about since we are not yet “regulars”. Can’t wait to come back again!
I hadn't been back to this bar in over 20 years, it was once my neighborhood bar so naturally when I was visiting Naples, I had to go in for a visit. I still love this place! Noticeable improvements, I love a good dive bar, its less divey now and maybe less of a "locals" spot but still a great bar! I even bought a t-shirt because of course I had too, lol
Our first time at the NNCC. It is a great neighborhood bar. Lots of TV's, good food, and cold beer.
Not What You Expect,,, Better! Tell someone you’re going to, or went to a county club for a meal and visions of pricey drinks and meals fills their head. Set all those visions aside and enjoy a dive bar atmosphere with great food, service and license plates adorning any surface that can be fastened to. The night we dined it had rained so we sat inside, but there is outside seating. No fancy tables inside and you may even post up at a picnic table. There is a full bar with seating also. Service was quick and attentive. We started with a couple fountain Diet Coke’s ($3.00 ea.) and a Yuengling pint on tap ($5.00). The menu has quite a variety of what you would expect to find at a place like this – appetizers, wings, salads, sandwiches, burgers, etc. and daily food specials. My wife and I heard about their Italian Beef sandwiches ($11.99) so we had to try. The sandwich includes hot or sweet peppers, but add a buck if you want cheese on it. These are very close to a true Chicago Italian Beef sandwich. LOADED with tasty, juicy beef piled on a toasted roll, served with a cup of gravy to dip into and a very good potato salad side. Perfect! My daughter had the Reuben ($13.99). Lots of tasty, juicy corned beef piled onto toasted rye bread, topped with sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Thousand Island dressing is on the side if you want to add some. The tater tots as a side were fresh fried, hot and crispy. By the way, there is no real golf course here, but plenty of TV’s to watch sports, maybe even a golf game. I wish we lived closer to make it a regular stop for us.
This is a great local neighborhood bar with great bartenders, awesome food, and good live music in the evenings. My favorite thing on the menu is the Smokehouse Burger. It reminds me of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Carl's Jr but waaaaaay better. Portions are plentiful. Sides are delicious.
