It's a rather large Laundromat I have seen it busy. Saturday mornings are packed. These pictures were about 6:30pm with only 1 person. Plus while you're doing laundry there's places around to grab food, water, and coffee. They have a change machine and between a certain time someone is there. Update: 3/7/26: I had a nice time with other people who were there. The women who were there taking care of things? She was funny, honest, so kind. She made everyone happy with her kind words. Just before I left she gave me heart shaped candy. Very Clean. Another update: I had to GOooo. I left behind a few manini things at the very back table even though only a few people were there for when I got back from 🚽 I remembered my phone manini stuff and it was still there the man who owns the place DOES! Keep an eye out. I stared at my stuff for a moment to absorb this warm feeling deep in my core " o'pu". Last time I had that feeling is when my 1st child was born 44 years ago. Trust, safe and I'm home. Will make you tear. Mahalo to the Kim Family.

This is an excellent laundromat. The staff are great and provide friendly service. The coin machine works. The washing and drying machines work well and will get your clothes clean and dry. The machines are reasonably priced - under $10 for a full load in the washer then dryer. It's also close to a Starbucks if you wanted to get a coffee while you wait. Thank you Nuuanu Laundry!

To start off with this complaint, I am a loyal customer at this business and come here ever 1-2 weeks, so I was appalled by the way I was treated. On 6/10/26, I used one of your laundry machines, which initially appeared to be functioning properly. After inserting my money and starting the cycle, I returned around the expected time the wash should have been completed, only to find the machine stuck on 22 minutes. After it eventually stopped spinning, the door remained locked and displayed an “ERR” (error) message. It took several minutes before it could even be opened, and my clothes were not properly washed—still mostly dry—indicating that the machine did not run a full wash cycle. I called the number on a sign that's actually in the facility and an older Korean gentleman answered then I began to explain the issue, but I felt rushed off the phone and that my concern was not being taken seriously. Shortly after, I attempted to discuss the situation with one of your employees (an older korean lady). Unfortunately, instead of helping resolve the issue, she raised her voice at me while I calmly tried to explain what happened. She insisted that I had to wait 24 hours to report the issue, citing a sign that I had never seen posted anywhere in the facility. She repeatedly said things like, “$7 isn’t a lot of money,” and “If it says ‘ERR,’ then you didn’t spend your money,”—neither of which addressed the actual problem. Her behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering that my money was taken and the service I paid for was not delivered. If you ever lose money from this place, they'll spend like 10 mins trying to persuade you that it was your fault. If you know you're right, then stand your ground. I read yelp reviews about this place and realized I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience here. There are about 7 reviews about the way they were treated by the owners, 5 of them being just the older korean lady. (Speaks a lot about how she treats her customers) I also recommend that your machines be regularly maintained and that staff be trained on proper customer service and conflict resolution.

I've been having my laundry done here for about 5yrs, and having pick-up/drop-off for the last 3yrs. The Kims are such lovely people and my laundry is always fresh, clean, and wrinkle free. Highly recommended, especially if you just need to take a little worry off your plate!
