We’ve had a fantastic experience with Oakmont from start to finish. The workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project have been outstanding. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, communication was always clear, and the team genuinely cared about getting everything right rather than just rushing the job. The finished result has completely transformed the space and exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to find tradespeople who are not only skilled, but also reliable, respectful, and easy to work with — and Mike and his team definitely delivered on all fronts. We used Oakmont Joinery & Property Development for house renovation work and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike and the team were professional, reliable and kept us well informed throughout the project. The standard of workmanship was extremely high, and it was clear that everyone involved took real pride in achieving a quality finish. The team were friendly, respectful of our home and kept the work areas tidy throughout. We asked Oakmont Joinery to convert our new office before we moved in – The work included removing a heavy duty custom-built table/ putting in a stud wall with sliding pocket door and also some electrical work involving fire requirements and reconfiguring the lighting. Mike took control of this project, sorting out the timings and arranging subcontractors. He was patient and communicative while we waited to obtain the building warranty – Both him and his team were excellent to work with, delivering a combination of can-do attitude with a very professional finish. Can highly recommend Oakmont and would definitely use them again in the future.

We wanted to renovate a box room in a tenement and spoke to a number of different joiners before deciding to work with Oakmont. After some dire interactions and no shows with other joiners, Mike immediately stood out due to his professionalism and conduct. The Oakmont team including all subcontractors were fantastic. They were very flexible around scheduling as we had a pre-arranged holiday in the middle of the work. Everyone involved (wall paper stripper, plasterers, joiners and painters) were very friendly and happy to talk me through the work they were doing. Some small unrelated jobs came up while the work was ongoing which they were happy to attend to. All work was completed to a very high standard and pricing was competitive. We will definitely go with Oakmont again if we need any further work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mike and team did a fab job upgrading our kitchen. We engaged with Mike quite early on in the process, and he was very patient with us while we decided whether to go for a whole new kitchen or just improvements. We replaced our cabinet doors, added shelves, and replaced the tiling, as well as painting the walls and ceiling. Communication was great with Mike and all of his recommended contractors. All of those involved were very flexible fitting us in, with most of the work done before Christmas. We are very pleased with our final result, which cost much less than a whole new kitchen.
