Choosing On Point Joinery and Building for our home transformation was undoubtedly the right decision. Highly recommended by others, they exceeded all expectations in converting our loft into a stunning dormer bedroom and extending our house over the garage, effectively turning our 3-bedroom house into a spacious 5-bedroom home. Commencing work in August 2023 as promised, the team worked fast and efficiently completing the project before Christmas, both on time and on budget and to a high standard. What further impressed us was the seamless coordination with external trades such as plumbers, electricians, and plasterers, all of whom maintained the same high standard of work. The collaborative effort resulted in a cohesive and beautifully finished project that has transformed our living space. On Point Joinery and Building's reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and budget make them deserving of a solid 5-star rating. Karl and the team at On Point Joinery & Building Ltd completed an extension for me in 2021. A trustworthy and hardworking team completed a great job to a high standard on time and within agreed budget. It was clear from the start that Karl takes great pride in the work his team complete. Absolutely loved the quality of the work undertaken by Karl and the team. They constructed my loft extension on my bungalow in January 2020 following a recommendation by a neighbour. Karl and Lee fully understand our requirements and worked with us closely to ensure we were fully satisfied whether this be choice of materials or windows or front door style. It was certainly a challenging time with lock down but they kept us updated throughout. Would 💯 recommend Karl to anyone and would definitely use the team again for any further work.

We recently had a 2 storey and kitchen extension built by Karl and his team who were brilliant throughout. The quality of work from the whole team and the contractors has been excellent. Completed before Christmas which we fully appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karl and the whole team.

On point completed our kitchen- diner knock through just before Christmas to create a great family room space. We appreciated their care and attention to detail whilst planning and carrying out the project and now have a great space to enjoy. We would recommend.
