I love Onyx! They offer a wide variety of classes for all ranges of activity level. Annie is so accommodating and motivating throughout her classes, and is right there with you when the exercises are burning. She takes the time to show you the proper form and supplies modifications as needed, plus endless encouragement. Annie also makes it a point to learn class members names, which makes the workout experience even more special. I really appreciate Onyx being on ClassPass so I can drop in for a class when it works best for my schedule. I love the different times offered, too. I haven’t found many other studios that offer such a wide variety of times. Already looking forward to my next visit!
Annie provides a fun and great environment. Very welcoming I Love the three in one class from the cycle to Pilates to yoga. Very well rounded exercises She is very supportive and guides us individually and gives positive inspiration to continue To Achieve our goals in a very happy environment
Onyx Cycle & Flow is like a 2nd home! The instructors are so amazing and encourage you to do your best and at your own pace. They are so knowledgeable and make classes so much fun! This is a judgement free zone and I feel so happy coming to classes. I love the variety of cycle, TRX, Pilates, and yoga. The playlists the instructors have are awesome and get you in the zone! Onyx has helped me accomplish goals that I never thought I could achieve. They are the best and I highly recommend them!
Cannot stress enough how much I love this studio! It’s the perfect combination of cycle, yoga, Pilates and TRX. The options are endless here and it gives you the opportunity to try something new every week! The trainers and the community this studio creates is top notch. Would highly recommend.
Terrible experience with this business. I booked through an app to secure my spot, but for the fourth time, it was canceled last minute. I arrived, and the place was closed. I tried contacting the owner’s cellphone number, but she never answered. I do not recommend it. If your event was private to members, why was the class available on ClassPass? And why didn’t you cancel it yesterday instead of today, just 5 minutes before the class started? You only have two negative reviews from the app here on Google reviews, but if you look at the app, you have many more. Additionally, since you like to cancel ClassPass bookings, we are no longer able to give feedback. Otherwise, you would have many more 1-star reviews on your ClassPass profile. You never mentioned anything to me about doing a membership because we never spoke before. I have never seen you in person. I never complained about the Cycle classes because the personal trainer is great. But I am still extremely unsatisfied with all the last-minute cancellations. That’s about your business, not about the teachers. If ClassPass is not helping your business, please remove yourself from it immediately - I am tired of driving and finding the place closed. However, I’m pretty sure it helps you a lot, since you have more than 100 bookings per week there.
