They just don’t let you down. Incredibly reasonable price for repair to some very special one off frames from a Japanese anime company and these were dainty fine expensive frames for $650 lenses! Thank you my little rural community who referred me to the Bendigo store which had lovely staff and is so nice that I am getting my daughter out of the other generic spec shop!

Stopped by to fix a loose screw on my sunglasses and they sorted it out quickly — and didn’t even charge me. Super helpful and friendly service. Really appreciate the kindness. Highly recommend!

I needed to have my eyes tested again following some issues driving at night. The whole team at Bill Wilkinson were open and welcoming. Nicole gave me so much time, explaining everything and potential reasons for my sight concerns at night. James was brilliant with measuring everything. I received my glasses 7 days after my appointment and I am delighted with the service and the forward planning that was offers to me. Thank you so much Team Bill Wilkinson.

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They can do every kind of eye test you need. I needed to have a barrage of tests done quickly after losing the sight in one eye for no reason, and I could not get to the Eye and Eye hospital quick enough, so the Team at Bill Wilkinson did all the tests my doctor needed in a matter of a few hours. I also had to go to the hospital the next day as that had to do the official diagnosis. It took them 6 weeks of me having to go back there every week for different tests, they were exactly the same as I had done in a few hours at Bill Wilkinson. So thanks Bill Wilkinson Staff you were terrific with me and my family that day we really appreciated it. As for being able to get frames, they have a great range in price for those of us who struggle right up to a more affluent price range. It is difficult to choose as in all ranges there are so many nice ones to choose from. But I am always happy with my choice. I always need a bit of help with choosing but no one seems to mind spending the time with you. So guys 20/10 is my rating for you all. 😃

She provided the kind of quality service that I look for in any health professional - she was thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in terms I could understand; she provided unbiased, research-backed recommendations and options, and spoke clearly with a professional and calming manner throughout.
