Very very satisfied with both Wayne and Shane who assisted me to give me comments and suggestions of getting a new pair of glasses. Never a rush when speaking to them and helping me to get a decision as well as I’m totally spoilt for choices of the different brands of frames. Fatima the optometrist is also very detailed in the eye check. Overall a great shopping experience in this outlet and I’ve made 2 pairs of glasses at this outlet. Will return and recommend surely.
Very friendly, thorough and proffessional optometry team. Great with children and teenagers who might be anxious about having their eyes tested. Nothing is rushed and follow-up appointments timely. Clean, calm, quiet and comfortable consulting rooms. Need more than 2 chairs in the waiting room though. It feels a bit like covid when they are place like social distancing and it's uncomfortable to have to stand when you're waiting for your appointment. Doesn't look great either.
With an immediate welcome at reception by Shayne (Branch Manager) to the detailed technical examination by the qualified Optometrist, Nguyen, my visit today at OPSM Bendigo was a most satisfying experience. I thoroughly recommend this branch office of OPSM.
The optometrist showed interest and care while conducting eye testing, and helped guide the type of lenses I needed for the purpose. The staff assisted in glass frame selection that suited me and the purpose of use. During collection the glasses were fitted properly and adjusted to fit perfectly.
