I cannot say enough amazing things about Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. The atmosphere was professional, clean, and very inviting. A very special thank you to Judith for guiding me in the right direction and recommending me to Dr. Campbell. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern truly made a difference in my experience. And Dr. Campbell was absolutely amazing professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about the journey ahead for my dental health. I honestly left the office feeling different encouraged, relieved, and finally on the right track with my teeth and smile. That level of care and compassion means everything. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and wants the best outcome for everyone who walks through their doors. I will not be returning to Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. During my visit, I was told I had gum disease issues and was recommended gum treatments, medicated mouthwash, and approximately $1,500 worth of additional dental services. Concerned about the diagnosis and cost, I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist. The second dentist found no gum disease or significant issues. The only treatment recommended was about $209 in minor repairs, which even included a night guard. As a patient, it’s frustrating to receive dramatically different diagnoses and treatment plans. It left me feeling that unnecessary services may have been recommended. I believe patients deserve honest, accurate assessments and should always seek a second opinion before agreeing to expensive dental work. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.

Dr. Campbell is a true gift to his patients and profession. He brings a calm, gentle energy that exudes a sense of safety to even the most anxious patient (me). He takes the time to explain procedures and shares personal stories, effortlessly connecting with his patients. His assistant, Anna, is friendly, personable and worked seamlessly alongside Dr. Campbell. Victoria, the hygienist, is yet another amazing piece to this puzzle called Park Dentistry. She is funny, patient, and meticulous. There is not a single person that I’ve encountered in the office who hasn’t been an absolute pleasure. I have been beyond frightened of the dentist for a lifetime. Since meeting Dr Campbell and the crew at Park Dentistry, I have been much more at ease. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a high maintenance panic attack but it is much more manageable!😜. And despite Dr. Campbell not being a Yankees fan, I will return… yes, he’s THAT good!

I had my first ever filling at Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I was terrified and did not know what to expect. Dr. Campbell was so calm, confident, and reassuring. He checked in with me every step of the way, helping ease my anxiety. He treated me with such compassion and care that I did not feel any pain at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Campbell to anyone who, like me, fears the dentist. He is honest and really cares about his patients. Also, Victoria and Ayleen are amazing hygienists!

I had the pleasure to meet Dr Long at Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry a few months ago. The staff is friendly, kind, professional and very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease as it was clear to me that there is a high level of care and attention to detail in this office. It is obvious that the patient comfort and quality of care are top priorities here. I have had and continue having a great experience with Dr Long. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind and takes his time to explain everything clearly. He leaves you you comfortable and confident about your treatment; he’s an absolute artist at dentistry and takes incredible pride in his skillful work. I really appreciate having a dentist who truly stands behind his work. It is rare to find someone who not only does exceptional work but is not happy until the patient is. I highly recommend this dentist and his office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental professional. At his dental facility there are multiple dentists with specific skills and I’m sure that they are all highly qualified and good at what they do, the reviews prove it. However, I have only had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Long, but I would feel comfortable with any of the doctors in the office.
