Carolina auto collision center did an amazing job repairing my Chevy Silverado! My truck was supposedly going to be in shop for 2 weeks, but I got m vehicle return within a week! Very pleased with the staff & repairing crew. Thank you so much.
We were in the market for a Buick Envista, and had done extensive research on the Internet for the best price. Out of the Buick dealers within a 200 mile radius, Parks had the best deal. Even better was the fact that the Parks price was the price we actually paid, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Our sales associate was Freddy, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Freddy took the time to explain all the features of the car both while we were on the lot and also during the test drive. After returning to the dealership, we were offered a tour of the service department and were shown the features of the MyBuick app and OnStar. We also were pleased with the excellent care in the finance department with Ernie. Knowing that this dealership is the #1 Buick dealership in South Carolina further solidified our choice for driving 200 miles from Georgia to purchase this car. If you are in the market for a Buick or GMC, I would recommend checking Parks out first! And ask for Freddy, you won’t be disappointed!
I took my Yukon in for repairs and warranty work! Venetia was my service advisor and was absolutely incredible to work with! She made the whole process a breeze! She was always on top of it and and was always a step ahead of the game. I knew I was in great hands and will be going back for all of my service work! I ended up trading out of the Yukon after it was finished in service and worked with Freddy a wonderful salesman! Freddy was so knowledgeable, kind, patient and respectful! I had never had a good experience buying a new car until now! I will be purchasing every vehicle from here on out with Freddy and giving Parks Buick GMC my business!
I have never left a negative review, but I feel obligated to share my experience . We purchased a pre-owned GMC Yukon XL AT4 from this dealership, Parks Buick GMC Greenville on a Friday evening 6/26/26. Before buying, I specifically asked about prior powertrain repairs, major mechanical work, and whether the vehicle had any known issues because I was aware of the common lifter problems with GM 5.3L engines. I was told there were no known powertrain issues, and I was shown a clean Carfax that did not disclose any engine replacement. However, it did show other service work completed by them. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that the engine had recently been replaced. When I returned to the dealership on Saturday 6/27/26, management finally acknowledged that the engine had been replaced and mentioned very limited service notes including a bad lifter in the original engine and said they didn’t know anything about a warranty on the replacement engine despite saying they had no access to the service department notes or information. New GM replacement engines do in fact have warranties from General Motors. They refused to unwind the sale and instead offered to trade me into another vehicle. We received the requested invoice for the engine replacement on Monday 6/29/26 showing the GM replacement engine part number but still no mention of the GM warranty on the new engine as requested numerous times. My concern isn’t that the engine was replaced—major repairs can happen. My concern is that such a significant repair was never disclosed after I specifically asked about it before purchasing the vehicle and also the perceived measures the dealership has taken to conceal / withhold the information. Had I known at the time, I probably would not have bought the vehicle. I also discovered additional issues shortly after purchase, including problems with the lane departure system and inconsistent operation of the rear climate controls. While those issues may be repairable, they added to my concerns about the vehicle. Not everything was bad. Our salesperson, James “JB”, was phenomenal and treated us professionally throughout the process. My frustration is not directed at him at all. My disappointment is with dealership management and the handling of this situation after the sale. At this point, we still have no answers and haven’t heard another word from management as promised. All we are requesting is for the warranty information for the GM replacement engine and the other service agreed upon at time of purchase. This warranty should be tied to the engine serial number which should also reflect the VIN of the Yukon. I’m still hoping will make this right, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle here without thoroughly verifying its complete history, not just the incomplete carfax report provided. I surely hope this isn’t standard for the “Park’s Promise”
Had an amazing experience purchasing my brand new car! The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. Clark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout everything. He made sure all my questions were answered and helped me feel confident in my decision. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Clark if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks again for making this such an exciting and easy experience!
