We lost our beautiful girl whilst away in Northumberland. Paula took Beau and treated her with such love and dignity, and we were able to pick up our baby on the way back home. Paula has been so supportive and accommodating. We cannot say "thank you" enough 🐾

Thank you Paula for all the care and attention you gave to Maddy who was with me for 18 1/2 years. Knowing she was handled with respect after passing is a great comfort to me. All the personal touches were amazing and I have some fantastic keepsakes including paw prints and fur. You are worth your weight in gold. Love Tracey (and Maddy) xxx

We sadly lost our gorgeous 11 year old cocker spaniel Ruby a couple of days ago. She was our absolute life and we wanted to make sure she had the most comfortable and peaceful end to her life as possible. We arranged only one day in advance with Paula for Ruby to go to Northumbria Pet Crematorium following her passing. She was put to sleep at home in her favourite spot and then we took her to the pet crem at Hexham where she received the most beautiful care and compassion from Paula. A traumatic experience made so much more comforting seeing how peaceful Ruby was in the farewell room before we said our final goodbyes. She also took Ruby in her house overnight after her cremation, which was so comforting for us knowing she wasn’t alone. We got Ruby’s ashes back the next day along with a card, her paw print and some of her hair. Paula cared for us just as much as she did Ruby with how sympathetic and understanding she was. Thank you so much Paula, you really made this experience as special as it can be, for us and for Ruby. An absolutely outstanding service which I’d recommend to anybody going through the same experience.

This has been a very hard week . My old girl lou climbed the stars to the rainbow bridge leave a huge hole in my heart. Paula is so empathising that i knew that I had made the right choice for the hardest day ever. There was no rush all in my time and she is so respectful and understanding. Today I brought lou home, and again no rush. Paula is a wonderful person that if anyone asked me about a pet crematorium I would not hesitate to recommend the service I have had and the care of my old girl was first class , after the years with lou this was by far the best way to do right by her. Paula made the worst day ever a little better due to the level of service , the after care , and the final presentation to honour lou. It’s hard to tell where the first class level of service , starts and ends . The care , love , and kindness is incredible . You delivered Eddie back in stunning style . Paula and her partner are outstanding . This business is based in beautiful grounds and scenery - recommended highly , without hesitation . Wish you all the very best X
