5 stars is not enough. Words can describe how lovely and caring the team at Scrappy’s were to my husband and I. Our 17 and a half year old Daisy Dachshund passed away at home at 8.05am on Monday 2nd March, from that first phone call to taking her and then collecting her the service was so special. We were kept up to date about her final journey via text message and received a message when she was complete and a time to collect her the next day. So we only had one night without her at home. I was dreading leaving her with strangers but even tho it was the hardest thing I felt comfort in knowing she was going to be looked after and we were allowed to leave her in her little bed with blankets. Which I collect the following day along with her ashes and everything is just so perfect. She was allowed to be cremated with her pink blanket she had since she was 2 days old. Honestly can not speak highly enough and working in the veterinary profession it was so lovely to have people who truly understand how hard loosing a beloved pet can be. I will be recommending Scrappy’s to all the pet owners I deal with from now on when the time comes to say goodbye to their fur babies. All our love Gemma Scott and Daisy xxxxxx

We lost our beautiful boy Jet very recently and I would like to thank Scrappy's for the help and care they gave us. From the very first phone call to keeping us informed every step of the way. They were kind caring and compassionate and it helped us enormously at a very emotional and difficult time. Our lovely Jet will never be forgotten and has left his 🐾 in our hearts forever ❤️

I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful and respectful service. I had absolute confidence that Tom our greyhound was being cared for every paw print on his way from leaving our hugs to his final journey. Messages were sent updating us all the way to us bringing him home. No rush , no time watching or waiting. I’m so proud of the owner for being by his side to he came back to me. Thoughtful caring and loving care of our precious family member

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care and compassion from Scrappy’s Animal Cremation Service. When our beloved dog Dolly passed away, we were heartbroken. From the very first phone call, the team were absolutely amazing. They treated us with such kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion during one of the most difficult times for our family. They collected Dolly within a day and ensured she went on her own personal journey, not in a van with other animals. That meant so much to us. She was cremated the very same day, which allowed us to bring her back home again so quickly. Having her back with us in such a short time brought a great deal of comfort. The team truly understand the pain of losing such a deep and special bond. Their care, respect, and professionalism made an unbearable situation just that little bit easier. We can’t thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet.

Scrappy's Pet Crematorium gave us such comfort after we lost our boy Dexter. Richard came to our home and handled everything with so much care, and Paul who I spoke to and messaged was compassionate and kind. They treated Dexter with the utmost respect and gave us peace in a very difficult time. The memorial box we received is also absolutely beautiful and such a special keepsake to remember Dexter by.
