After Zena left us we stayed for a while because it was so hard to leave. It was such a heartbreaking moment, but knowing you were with her within 40 minutes gave us peace of mind. Your kindness and compassion at such a difficult time meant the world to us and I’ll always be grateful that Zena had your care when I couldn’t be there.

My dog Sophie passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday , i rang the crematorium and they had an appointment within an hour. The crematorium is beautiful and the staff were so lovely,kind and caring. The rooms to say goodbye are beautiful. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you soo much for everything and taking care of Sophie and making me feel comfortable with the decisions i had to make on one of the hardest days of my life. We will be forever grateful thank you always.

Terrible terrible, wish I could post a photo, of the obvious cost cutting since my last cat, Sam, was cremated by them, compared to Alfie. Absolutely disgusting blaming environmentally friendly reasons. Noo, both were cardboard, , flimsy horrible, unarmed box for Alfie, beautiful, named quality box for Sam.. going to have to see if my local pet crematorium can do any better.. absolute disgrace at such a heartbreaking time !!

We had to have our cat Steve put to sleep very unexpectedly, the same day we took him straight to the pet crematorium in Durham, we were met by a lovely lady who was very accommodating even though we turned up without an appointment. We were taken to a room and given time to say goodbye to our boy who they lay out for us to spend time with. Today we picked him up and I can’t say just how much they did to accommodate us and treat my boy with care and kindness. Thank you for all you have done for us and my boy, you deserve more than 5 stars.

Our beautiful dog died just over a week ago and the staff at The Pet Crematorium were so wonderful throughout. The day after she died, I called them to arrange her cremation and was in a really bad way, not thinking straight and struggling to even talk. I was treated with so much compassion and patience, and reassured that my girl was going to be looked after by the staff there until we could bring her home. I even called a day later to amend the arrangements slightly, and they were incredibly accommodating and quick to help. We got her back today and I was really glad to see they had provided lots of reassurance that she had been cared for by someone throughout and that they were at pains to show she had been cremated individually. I feel reassured that the dog we loved so much was treated with respect and dignity in death. Thank you so much to all the staff for looking after our girl.
