They sent me a mailer with an invitation to a dinner at Flemings for an informational event. I signed up, got about 3 email confirmations and reminders and when I showed up they told me that the event was full and that I had not confirmed my reservation. There was a list with participant names and I showed the guy my name on the list which shows that I signed up and I told him that I signed up via the website on the post card. He still claimed I had not confirmed my reservation. In my book that is calling me a liar. At that second I thought "if they already handle a simple dinner reservation so unprofessionally, how will they be handling my money?" So yeah, I will never ever entrust these guys with my money, that's for sure. Next time I get a flyer I will send it back "return to sender"
