I have stopped using this ufs view st pharmacy after many many years of being a customer and patient there. This is because of the constant mistakes and oversights by the dispensary pharmacists and staff and their pure arrogance and indifference to the seriousness of this. Their lack of professionalism and duty of care to vulnerable people they are entrusted to, to getting it right has become next level to the point of when you point it out or call them on it they seem to find it silly and amusing. I have to say there are 2 people who work there who I love dealing with and carry the load to deliver good customer service and are helpful, caring and compassionate, however overall, It's devastating that such a long standing community concern has gone so bad. Furthermore, your new rewards program is terrible, I do not want to give my points/money to a biased and heavily supported charity like bendigo foodshare. I you want to improve your reputation, lift your game and up your standards of service and continue what you have been doing for over 100 years and support our community organisations that genuinely need it.

I've been using UFS for a while now they always were friendly and top customer service unfortunately due to changes in staff recently it is now the opposite. They do not appear to be caring about customers just want get your service. The male pharmacist is also arrogant again doesn't care. Don't think I'll be supporting that much any more in future. Your employees are your business pity you removed the best staff you had.

Came in today, was so impressed one they had the medication I needed store lovely and clean well laid out. Staff were awesome. We are travelling and have encountered a lot of bad customer service but this was great

Ok, so do you know how horrible it is to be stared at when you enter this pharmacy, by the pharmacist woman on tonight (blond hair) because you’re so god damn good looking! Maybe people should attend this pharmacy to stare at her and see if she likes it. 18/5/26 @6.30

Arranged interstate transfer of scripts, go in to fill script, the young lady was very helpful and friendly. On returning to collect script, script incomplete, staff attitude was very poor with comment "you'll have to go to Melbourne". No attempt to help customer, just a too bad for you attitude. If your pharmacy isn't able to complete a script, that should have been confirmed prior to having it transfer from interstate and customer left with script not completed. Poor performance.
